On arrival, you’ll enjoy a champagne tasting, to include fresh pastries, meats & cheeses, all from local artisans.
After a visit to the winery, board Niagara Helicopters for a tour over the vineyards of Niagara-on-the-Lake and sightseeing over the majestic Niagara Falls.
Once you land at the helipad in Niagara Falls, your coach awaits to take you to another winery, located in the heart of quaint St. Davids. The winery has a past dating back to the early 1800’s, and a home steeped in history and cared for by its family.
A special treat awaits …. a gourmet lunch awaits in the barrel cellar, where each course is accompanied by an appropriate wine. Meet the owner and hear about the history of this beautiful facility.
Continue onto yet another of Niagara’s wineries for an exclusive meeting with the sommelier and a blending exercise in the barrel cellar. Engage in a little “contest” to see who can come up with the best blend.
To complete your afternoon, an awe-inspiring experience at a lovely winery on the Niagara River Parkway where you will be hosted in the Winemakers Loft and will sample wines that are no longer available to the public, as well as premium offerings. Engage with the senior wine maker…..it is sure to be an intimate and special event!
Finally, a scenic drive takes us to a winery, known for its wine and dine experience, for a fantastic evening. In the private second floor dining room, overlooking the rolling hills of vineyards, Niagara escarpment and Lake Ontario, the chef & sommelier will serve a meal with the food & wine paired together. Enjoy a description of each course of your meal. Weather permitting, take some time to go the attached terrace, view the fall colours and relax after a wonderful day out.
